Our Objective: Objective of HIRWAI is to promote environmental
awareness, protect and develop green cover and work towards the depleting
water table
Action Plan:
1. Motivate citizens in planting as many trees as possible.
2. Carry out tree plantation with the help of NMC/NIT and other institutions and try to maintain it for three years.
3. Conduct environmental awareness, campaign/seminars/workshops
4. Develop library of reference material on ecology, environment and tree plantation
5. Institute ‘Green Fingers Award’ for children in different age groups
6. Start Eco clubs in schools
7. Work as pressure group for conservation of trees
